For this tutorial I have used the following supplies

November Harvest kit from Gina's Gems available HERE
Alien Skin Xenofix 2 Constellation Available in quick links
Alien Skin 5 Impact G radiant Glow Available in quick links
The Beautiful work of Gorjuss available in my quick links
Vix Mask 421 available in quick links. Please have this preloaded into your masks folder.

Thank you Gina for allowing me to use your kit as well as adding me to your Creative Team!

Let us begin,

First open your background and foreground papers of choice.
Apply Mask to your foreground paper. Merge Group, Copy and paste onto your background paper.
Copy and paste your tube where you would like
Add elements as desired. I have used NH Botanical Flower 4, NH Branch 3, NH Double tag 3, NH Fabric Leaves deco 1 and NH Scarecrow 4. Resize and place as desired.
Add all wording (I Have used a gradient glow on my tag by changing the green glow setting in Eye Candy Impact 5 to a white)
Add all copyrights
Resize tag as desired.
Hide background and mask layers.
Merge Visable (This should merge your elements, tube and wording.)
Hide Elements layer
Unhide bacground and mask layer.
make sure in the layers palette layer you are selected on the mask layer
Go into your Xenofix and apply the following settings: (remember the seed number does not matter right now)

Copy Merged
Paste into Animation Shop as a new animation
**Back in PSP UNDO constellation
Now go back to the Effects panel and redo the effect, hitting the random seed button to change the placement of the stars
Copy Merged
Paste AFTER the current frame** (Redo from ** to ** at least 2 more times. I will assume you have done it 2 more times for a total of 4 frames for the remainder of this tut)
Back in PSP HIDE Mask and background layers and UNHIDE the tube layer
Copy
Paste into Animation shop as a new animation. Now hit CTRL+L 3x this will give you a total of 4 frames just like the other animation. (If you have more then 4 just add the extras by hitting Ctrl+L once more for each layer)
Now CTRL+A (Select all) Ctrl+C (Copy)
Click on the mask layer
CTRL + A (Select all) and then CTRL+E Paste and click where you would like the layer placed
Run and Save Animation =)

For this tutorial I have used the Christmas Fantasy kit from Tooty Pup HERE
Animation Shop in my quick links above

Open a new 550x550 canvas
Choose a white Christmas tree from the elements 2 folder (I have used 9) and resize it as needed to fit into the blank canvas black drop shadow:. 5, 5, 80, 7
Effects>Artistic Effects> Aged Newspaper 25%. This should give you a off white tree which is what we need for the image effect to work in animation shop.
Copy Merged
Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop
Right click on the blue bar around your frame in animation shop and choose Insert Image effect.
Select Rotate Colors You can play with this as you would like. I have mine at 5 secs and 4fps for a total of 21 frames. You need to remember how many frames you have for when we go to add the rest of this tag.
Open Mother xmas and resize her about 30% and place her to the right of your tree with the same drop shadow as before.
Open Reindeer of choice (I used 6) and resize about 75% place on left side of tree.
Open presents and resize 50% and place between Mrs C and the reindeer
Open Candy-cane 1 plain, resize 20% and hang on reindeer's nose. Add drop shadow
Open word Art and resize to 10% Paste at the top of your tag
New Raster layer flood filled white, send to the bottom of the tag
Add all copyrights and wording now

OK here is where it can get confusing....
Delete your tree layer (yep that is what I said)
HIDE your white layer
Merge Visible (This should leave you with 2 layers even though you can only see one. The background [white] and everything else. Make sure that is correct before you proceed by checking in your layers pallette.)
Copy your background layer and paste as a new animation in Animation shop with your cursor inside the frame press Ctrl+Shft+L until you have 21 frames (if you have the application full screen it will tell you in the bottom right how many frames you have)
Cursor on your Christmas tree animation hit Ctrl +A (select all) and then Ctrl +C (Copy)
Cursor on your Background Ctrl + A and Ctrl + E (Paste in current frame) BEFORE you click to place the tree make sure it is where you want it in your background. You can always redo this step if needed.
Back to PSP and Copy the layer with all of your embellishments on it
Paste as a new animation and again make sure you have 21 frames as you did above.
Copy and paste this on top of your background and tree layers, making sure again it is placed where you would like it
resize if you would like
run animation
save.

Christmas Bauble (Animated)

For this tutorial I have used the following supplies:

A Furry Little Christmas from Designs By Stina available HERE
Animation Shop (found in my quick links at the top of the page)
Sparkle tutorial by Patti which can be found HERE (please do this before the rest of the tutorial)

Once you have done your sparkle tutorial (or you have ones of your own) we are ready to begin.
Remember to save your work often just in case ;)

Open a blank canvas 650x650, flood full with the background color of your choice (remember this will be the background color inside of your Christmas bauble)
Open bauble 05, copy and paste onto your background layer, as a new layer. Leave it where it falls.
Set transparency to 50%
Paste the bauble again as another new layer (this will give you 2)
Using your freehand selection tool, feather set to zero, cut out the 'glass' part of the bauble and delete it leaving only the silver hanger part.
You should now have a solid silver topper and a transparent bauble.
Merge all
Using your background eraser, delete every part of your background that is outside the bauble.
New raster layer flood filled white
Send to bottom
Place whatever elements you would like inside your ball on top of the bauble (Shows up better this way)
Add wording and copyrights as required
Resize as desired
Place a few sparkles as you would like them on your image
Copy merged
Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop
***Back in PSP remove the sparkles
Place new sparkles again in different locations
Copy Merged
Paste after current frame in Animation Shop***
Do the steps between the starts at least 2 more times for a total of 4 frames
Run Animation
Save

Give Thanks

For this cute little tutorial I have used the following

Give Thanks from Designs By Stina which can be found HERE
Vix mask Valentine 14 which can be found above
Give Thanks mask made by myself which I have included below.

To begin make sure your masks are preloaded into your own masks folder and open up your color palette
Open two new canvases 800x800 and flood fill each with a color from the color pallet, I have used the dark green and the brown.
Load your mask on to each one and invert if necessary
On each canvas you need to go to Layers>Merge>Merge Group
Copy your love frame and paste that in the center of your Give Thanks canvas.
Using your selection tool set to circle, replace, and a feather of 4 with anti alias checked I want you to place your cursor at 400x400 which is the center of your workspace, and drag it out till you have almost the whole inner circle of the love frame in it.
Click on your give thanks layer and hit delete.
With your Flood Fill tool, pick another color and put that inside the circle
Select None
Resize and place whatever embellishments all around the frame as you wish
Add all wording and copyright information
Resize and save!

Text & Fly

For this tutorial I have used the "Felt Like Halloween" kit from Designs By Stina found HERE
The font I have used is Bones found HERE

First you need to open your frame of choice. I have used 07.
Using either your freehand selection tool OR your magic wand, select the area INSIDE the frame.
Open your background paper, I have used paper 18.
Go to your forground color selection area, pattern, and use the paper you have just opened at bout 50% to flood fill the frame.
By clicking on the frame you can now add a drop shadow if you wish.
Open the fence and place the fence across the frame
Open tree 01 and resize as needed to fit inside the frame.
Open Bat 01 and place behind the tree resized as you wish
Open the house and place off to the right
Open Witchy Splat and pace her on the tree (poor ol thing!)
Now I want you to merge visable. Resize this down to about 70%
Open a transparent 600x600 canvas and place your merged layer inside.
Open Grim Reeper 02 and mirror, copy and place on the left hand side of your frame.
Open cat and pumpkin, resize and place on the right side.
Add all wording and copyrights
Resize if needed and save!

Beware! (Animated)

Vix Mask Halloween 0905 found in my quick links above (install to your mask folder before starting the tutorial)

Pick your background paper of choice (I have used #24) and apply the mask. I have made my mask larger then the paper so I can have more of the center image. Resize 60%

Copy Merged and place on a transparent 800x800 canvas. Strech to make it appear as you would like.

Open Spellbook 4 and resize 50% place on your background canvas

Open Moon 1b and resize 50% and place behind the background layer.

Open Vintage Lamp 7 and resize 50% Place on canvas

Open Poser 2 and place behind Spellbook 4

Resize 60%

Add all wording and copyrights.

Pick which layer you would like to sparkle...I picked the mask layer to make it POP

Open Alien Skin Xenofix Constelation and apply the following (seed does not matter)

Copy Merged to Animation Shop, Paste as a new animation

Back to PSP Undo constelation

Redo constelation hitting the random seed button first, copy merged again and paste after current frame. (do this step once more, you should have 3 frames in your animation this will be the tube layer)

Open New Background paper (I used 25) and resize 50% (Background layer)

Copy and Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop so you have 3 frames (Ctrl+Shft+L twice)

While Clicked on the Tubed layer Ctrl+A to select all and CTRL+C to copy

Click on the background image Ctrl+A, and then CTRL E to paste and then click to drop the image. (if you don't like where you have pasted it, undo and try again)

Run Animation and save!

Open Paper 7
place Fog on top of paper 7, place as you would like it
Place Rose Bush 1 on each sice (use freehand selection if you want to just use part of it like I have. Select what you do not want to use and hit delete.)
Place the Tub center bottom and your tube of choice in front of it.
Apply wording nad all copyrights
resize if you would like and save!

Autumn Blessings 2010

For this tutorial I used the DBS (Designs by Stina) part of the FallEver Friends Collab which can be purchased HERE
Start with a 475x475 canvas flood filled with the landscape gradiant and the wet fall leaves texture at 50% scale. Flatten
Open Fence 2 resize 50% copy and paste onto the background layer down at the bottom. Drop Shadow 3, 3, 100, 8 black
Open frame 10. Resize 50%. Using your freehand selection tool and point to point you are going to cut off the arch of this frame. Copy the arch and place on the background image, under the fence and resize and reposition as desired. Add the same drop shadow as before on this.
Open leaves. Resize 60% and place on the left top of the fence (under the fence) Duplicate and place on the top right as well) Merge these 2 layers and drop shadow as above.
Open the rest of your elements and resize and add. (I have used Lab 02, Sign 02, Teddy Friends 02, Butterfly 03,Clock 02 and Deco 02 all at 30% and the medi_lilflutter4 at 50%I also took Autumn leaves resized at 15% to cover the ‘grass’ in my tag.
Add all wording and copyrights and you are all done! (do NOT forget if you use the poser IN the kit you MUST credit the poser!!!)

First you will need to add your mask to your masks folder and make sure you have your Alien Skin installed and loaded.

To start you will need to open 2 papers from the kit I have chosen #5 & #7. 7 will be my background paper so you can minimize that for now.

On paper 5 you are going to apply your mask. Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load mask from disk. Make sure the only things checked are Source luminance, fit to canvas and Hide all Masks. Copy Merged

Bring your background back up and paste the new mask layer on this as a new layer. Adjust as desired. I have also taken the time to freehand select around the scarecrow and delete the mask covering it.

Next you are going to add your tube and place it where you would like, and use whatever elsements you like around it. I have used only clipart 1 and the leaves (which I have duplicated and mirrored and placed under my tube.)

Open your word art and resize. I believed I used about 15% (because as we all know word art is normally HUGE) Copy and paste

Now we are going to use our plug-in. Effects > PlugIN > Eye Candy 5 > Grad. Glow. I am using the Green Glow setting, and on the basic tab you want the following : Outside Glow, Mask Selection, 5.00. 100, 100, 100, 65, 100 and pick whatever color you would like by clicking on the bottom box of the slider bar. I have used a color from one of the leaves because I thought it looked nice.

Add all copyrights, names ect

Resize

Save!

April Showers

For this kit I used the Rain Drops kit from PolkaDot Scraps found HERE
Animation Shop found in my quick links.
Squirlz Water reflections found in my quick links

Open your background paper of choice
Place Frame 7 on the paper.
Using your magic wand selection tool on Replace, Brightness, 0 and 0 click inside the frame, invert.
Click on your paper layer, and hit delete on your keyboard (this should leave the paper only inside the frame.)
Add Grass, Clouds with rain, tube, ALL copyrights, and greenery on the frame.
Flatten
Resize as needed.
Save
~Open Squirlz, and using the oval tool, select around the inside of the frame the best you can.
Go to the icon in the top bar that looks like falling rain.
I changed my direction to 164 and made sure 'within the outline only' was checked,
hit run in the popup box
if this looks OK to you hit gif in the top tool bar. (might have to hit it twice to get it to regester)
Make sure Rain/Snow only is checked
Hit OK, name the file and save. (Don't lose it we are not done)
~Open Animation Shop
Open the file you just saved. You should have around 20 frames from your animation.
~Back to PSP
Add your flowers to your frame. You can save several on a layer (I saved 2 each) but do NOT merge these with the tag!
Add the rest of your wording
Now it gets tricky.
You should have at least 3 layers now. The tag layer, a flower layer (possibly more then 1) and your wording layer.
Hide your tag layer
Hide your wording layer
Show only 1 of your flower layers
Copy
Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop
Do the same with your remaining layers all as new Animations
On each of these new Animations right click
Insert Image transition FADE make sure you have 20 frames
On each one hit CTRL+A and CTRL+C to copy all your frames
Hit CTRL+A and CTRL+E to paste them into your tag layer after clicking over to your tag layer.
Run Animation.
Hit Ctrl+A and under animation in the tool bar, hit reverse animation
Run
Save.

Rain Drops

Let us begin...

Open your paper of choice, this is going to be your frame for your tag.
Using the preset shapes cut out your frame by first making your outside by inverting your selection and then hitting delete on your keyboard
Select none
Now remake your shape for the inside of your frame. You can do this using another shape or the same one for different effects. Hit delete.
Select none.
Resize as you would like it to appear.
Now using your Alien Skin Effect go to Bevel. You can play around with this the settings I used were the factory Default. 14.15, 68, 39, 0, 8
Now you have your frame.
Place element 18 inside the frame as your base
follow with Element 3.
Decorate the outside of the frame as you wish. Do not add your boat yet.
Place your tube on the bottom left of your tag.
On your tube, if needed to highlight the face, resize it. I had to resize to 200%.
Mirror
Crop so you have just the face (or whatever part of your tube you would like to shadow)
Paste in the bottom right of your tag. Change transparency to 70 on the transparency slider.
Add ALL copyrights and wording.
Merge Visible
Resize the whole tag as needed
Add your boat.
Copy merged
Open Animation Shop
Paste as a new image
Back to PSP
Slightly rotate your boat and copy merged again
Paste after previous frame. (to do this click on the blue bar, go to paste, and then after current frame.
Repete as you would like for your boat 'rocking'
Run Animation
Save

Let's get started!
resize frame 3 to 150%
Place on 800x800 transparent layer as a new layer
Open flowering tree
rotate as desired
place under frame layer. Repeat as desired.
Pick your background of choice and place under the frame layer, and above the tree layer.
I have changed the transparency of mine to 50%
Place your tube on top of the background layer.
Add all copyrights and wording.
Minimize your tag
Open a new 800x800 transparent canvas
Place button 6 (or whichever you choose) at about 175 top and 225 side
(you can check your placement by placing your tag layer over it if you would like)
adjust as needed
Open Animation Shop
Using your main tag layer. Resize 70%
Copy Merged
Past into animation shop.
Using Ctrl+L twice you will get a total of 3 frames.
Back to PSP
On your button layer Copy merged and place 1 layer as a new animation
Back to PSP
Rotate the button a bit and then copy again
Paste after the other button frame in AS
repete
Going to your tag layer
CTRL+A to select all, and then CTRL+C to copy all
on top of your button layer
CTRL+A to select all
CTRL+E to paste.
Run
Save

ROCK my world

Remember to save your work often!
To begin first pick a paper that you would like to use to make your mask. I used paper #6
Apply your mask.
Merge Group
Copy
Paste as new image. Add a drop shadow. I used 4, 4, 100, 10, black. Then I inverted it as a -4, -4, 100, 10, black
Open background paper. I used #27. Place this under your mask
Open Music Notes 32 and resize 50%.Place on top of your background layer and under your mask layer on the left side of your mask. Add a 4,4,100, 10 black drop shadow. Merge Down
***Duplicate, Move to fill more of the inside of yours mask*** Repeat as needed to fill your mask. Merging down each duplication,
You should still have only 2 layers.
Open MusicNoteStrand
Paste on top of background and under mask as before. Duplicate and move as before for the effect you would like with a drop shadow and merging down so as to keep 2 layers.
Use freehand selection tool now and connect the bottom tips of the hearts of the frame. Try to do this very carefully and remember you can always start over if needed..
Once you have it connected and you have your marching ants around the frame I want you to go to selections > Invert
Now click on your background layer in your layers pallett and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
This should insure everything you have done other then the mask frame is INSIDE your mask.
Open and add any other elements that you would like over your mask. I have used the mic and one of the gutairs. Each with a drop shadow.
Open your tube of choice and add to the right side also over your mask.
Add all wording and copyrights
resize
Save tag as a png file.

Think Of Me

Notesbylori (Which I made and have included below)

Start with a 500x500 canvas flood filled white.
Open Scroll 1, resize 45%
Paste on the right side of canvas. Transparancy at 75
Open Mirror 1
Resize 50%
Place in the top left hand corner.
Using the freehand selection tool while having the scroll layer selected, trace around the part of the scroll that shows through the mirror. Hit delete.
Select None
While still on the scroll layer... Merge Down. This should give you 2 layers.
Open Piano 1, resize 40%. Place on top of the mirror layer, in the lower left corner.
Merge Down until you have 2 layers.. One has the background and the scroll the other everything else.
Open Bubble 11, resize 45%, place on top, right hand side. Drop shadow 3, 3, 100, 10, black
Merge Down till you have the 2 layers again
Add All wording and copyright information. Merge this with your top layer of mirror, piano and bubble so you still only have 2 layers.

Open notesbylori

Copy and paste between the other 2 layers. Duplicate and move it around so you have the tag covered in a sporadic way,
Hide Background and top layers
Merge Visible... this will put all your musical notes on one layer so now you should have 3 layers.
Unhide all
Copy Merged

Paste into Animation Shop as a New Animation.
Back to PSP
Delete Notes layer
Repeat the steps between the stars, this time with your notes all in a different position
In Animation Shop Paste this after your current frame.
Ctrl+A
Animation, Frame Properties. Change this to 50.
Run Animation and Save

Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact Trial is in my Quick Links

OPEN paper #2 Resize 60%
Effects>Photo Effects>Film & Filters. I used the darkest green in the preset colors with a 50% setting.
Open Shiny doodles 3, resize 60%, rotate left
Place in the bottom left hand corner with only the top half of the doodle showing.
Duplicate, Mirror.
Merge Down
Drop Shadow 4,4,100,4, black
Open Heart CHarm 2, resize 45%
Place around the 400 px place on your tag layer.
Drop shadow as above
Add flowers and ribbon borders as you wish
Add copyrights and wording,
To use your gradiant glow you will want to convert whatever text you want to glow to a raster layer
Effects>Plug Ins> Eye Candy 5 Impact>Gradiant Glow. I used the Green Glow setting changed to white with a radius of 5.00

Open your color swatch.
Open 800x800 transparent canvas and flood fill withe the darkest purple from the swatch.
Apply Vix Mask and Merge Group.
Drop Shadow 4, 4, 100, 4, black.
Open paper #1 and place under mask layer.
Using your freehand selection tool on a zero feather, highlight around the outside of the mask
Invert Selection and hit delete on your keyboard. Excess paper should be gone now.
Open flowers of choice and arrange around the bottom right of the heart as you would wish, applying drop shadows for depth,
Open Cecelia poser and place under the flowers. also off to the right. Add drop shadow
Open Glass heart 2 and place under posers hand as ih she was carrying it. Add drop shadow.
Add All wording and copyrights.
For my text I added a gradient glow from eye candy 5 Impact. I used Dark Aura with a radius of 5. You can play around with this for the effect you would like.
OK here is where it gets intresting.....
Hide all layers BUT your mask layer (Make sure the background paper #1 is hidden as well.
Add noise by going to Adjust> Add/remove noise>Add Noise. I used random and I started at a setting of 10.
COPY MERGED
Open Animation Shop
Paste as a new animation (it will be large but we will fix that in a bit.
Back to PSP
Undo Add Noise (Edit>Undo)
Now I want you to add noise again in the same manner as before but change your setting to 20
COPY MERGED
Paste AFTER current frame in Animation Shop
Back to PSP and undo and readd again with a setting of 30.
Back in PSP again you can hide your MASK layer and Keep all other layers hidden except for the paper#1
Copy Merged
PASTE into Animation Shop as a NEW ANIMATION
Ctrl=Shft+L Two (2) times so you have a total of 3 frames.
ON your mask layer in Animation Shop Click inside any of the frames and then hit CTRL+A this will select all
Crtl+ C to COPY
Over to the paper 1 frames, click inside and hit Ctrl+A and Ctrl+E to paste.Chick again to drop this where you want it lined up.
(you should now have 3 frames total with your background as well as your mask in each one.
Back to PSP
Make sure MASK layer and Background paper#1 are both hidden
Everything else should be visible.
COPY MERGED
Paste into Animation Shop with a total of 3 frames (Ctrl+Shft+L tei (2) times)
Click inside any of the frames and then hit CTRL+A this will select all
Crtl+ C to COPY
On your Mask/paper layer click inside and hit Ctrl+A and Ctrl+E to paste. Click again to drop this where you want it lined up.
Resize animation to suit your needs by Animation>Resize Animation
RUN your animation
Save.

For this tutorial I have used the Kit Old Skool from Moonlight Laura's Creations which can be purchased HERE
Animation Shop (Trial of which can be found in my quick links)

First open Frame 5 apply a 5, 5, 100, 10 black drop shadow.
Next pick your internal background paper, I have used Paper 2
Paste into your frame layer.
This is where you need to make sure your paper is under your frame over in the layers pallette.
Using your freehand selection tool go around the frame. Invert Selection, hit delete on your keyboard. This should insure the yellow is only inside the frame.
**Keep in mind to make this easier to follow you will want to have everything under your outer frame from here on out unless stated otherwise.**
Open Groovyclipartcarsticker 2, resize 50% and place into the frame as desired. Drop Shadow
Open Groovygirlclipartsticker1, resize 50% and place into frame as desired. Drop Shadow
Open Discoball 1 and resize 40%. Place this directly under your frame layer (nothing in between) with a drop shadow.
Click on your Frame Layer
Merge Down. This should make your disco ball and your frame one layer.
Hide Frame/ball layer
Click on the layer right below your frame/ball layer
Merge Visable. This will give you only 2 layers in your pallette
Unhide frame/ball layer
Add all wording and copyrights as needed for your tag. Make sure the wording and copyrights are merged into one layer.
Now you should have a total of 3 layers.
Open Animation Shop
In PSP Hide all but the ball/frame layer
in Animation Shop Paste as a new layer, 'Ctrl Shift L' This will give you 2 frames.
Click on the first frame, and a blue and red box will appear, click right click on the lines
Insert Image Effects With the following settings:
This will give you 15 frames.
Back in PSP, Hide all but the BASE layer (background, VW bus and girl) Copy Merged
Paste into Animation Shop as a new Animation, 'Ctrl Shft L' until you have 15 frames
Back to PSP, hide everything but the word/copyright layer
Paste into Animation shop as a new Animation and again insure you have 15 frames.
On the Frame animation hit CTRL A (select all) and CTRL C (Copy)
On the BASE layer Hit Ctrl A and then CTRL E to paste into the frame, before you click to place it down make sure it is floating where you would like it. If you mess this up you can always undo the step and redo it again.
Now to the Wording layer. Do the same as above applying it above frame/ball layer and the BASE layer.
Run your animation
Save

Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact Glass (Trial of which can be found in my quick links)
Mask Made by me and provided below and pre-saved into your masks folder.

First open your paper of choice. Apply the mask below.
Merge Group.
Effects>Eye Candy 5 Impact> Glass Settings:Plastic. Basic:80, 100, 0, inside, white, 1, 0, 100, 0, 28, 30, 36.
Copy
Open your background paper of choice. Paste peace sign on this with a 4, 4, 100, 10, black drop shadow.
Using your freehand selections tool feather set on 0, go around the circle of the peace sign. Once you have this done Invert your selection and then hit delete on your keyboard. Now your background should only be inside your peace sign.
Open Glitter Doodle 5. Resize about 50%. You can change this for the effect you would like. Paste in the upper left corner, duplicate, mirror.
Merge Down
Duplicate, Flip
Apply a drop shadow.
Add Lava Light and Boom Box both also with drop shadows
Add little arangment of flowers as you would like, each with a drop shadow.
Add your tube of choice,
Add all wording and copyrights
Resize
Save as a png for a clear background on the image, a jpeg for a white background.

For this tutorial I have used the scrap kit Just Another Lullaby by Soxsational Scraps found HERE
Animation Shop found in my Quick Links

The following instructions are for the tag as shown, feel free to substitute elements and make it compleatly your own!
Open paper 15 and recolor in the following manner: Effects> Photo Effects> Film and Filters. I used the darkest purple in the regular color pallete and a density of 30%
Place rattle frame (girl) to the right side of the paper. Add a drop shadow, I used the setings of 5, 5, 100, 10, black.
Open tag 3 and place on the right side of the rattle. Also with a drop shadow.
Open Ted 1, Mirror, resize 90%, place under tag with a drop shadow.
Open Stars and place at the top left hand side. Apply drop shadow.
Using Taped Ribbon 2 make a frame around your tag.
Add all wording and copyright info as well as a picture inside your frame
Resize
While clicked on your top layer, Merge Visible
Using your magic wand, hold down the shift key, and click inside each star.
***Adjust> Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise, Random, Noise 10
Select None
Copy Merged
Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop
Back in PSP Undo Select None, Undo Add Noise***
Repete between stars at least two more times, increasing the number by 10 each time, pasting each new frame after your first frame in Animaion Shop
Run Animation
Save

For this tutorial I used the Vintage Dreams kit from Dorthi's Designs which can be purchased HERE
The Art Work of Suzanne Woolcott which can be purchased by following the gorjuss link in my quick links.

Begin by opening paper 12. Resize 12% We will call this the tag layer.
Open notes 3, paste into the bottom right hand corner. Duplicate, Mirror, Flip.
Using a drop shadow with the following settings apply a drop shadow to each of the note peices. 5, 5, 100, 10, Black. Keep this setting as you will use this for the remainder of the drop shadows in this tutorial.
Open Clock, resize 50% and place on the tag layer, upper right, 60% transparancy. Drop shadow.
Open Border 2, Mirror, resize 7%, place on the upper left corner, inside the 'notes 3' peice.Make sure it is your top layer so far, add drop shadow.
Open Keys, rotate left, mirror, resize 50% Place in lower right corner as if it is sitting up next to a wall. Add drop shadow.
Open Flower, flip, resize 20%. Place under the key layer, at the bottom, add drop shadow.
Open Branch, Mirror, flip, resize 10% Paste in front of flower, drop shadow (you may want to rotate this some before you add the drop shadow.) Duplicate, Mirror.
Insureing that your background and your bottom right "notes 3" are your bottom 2 layers, click on your background layer.
Add your tube of choice, depending on what you use you will have to adjust size as needed. Add a drop sadow.
Add all Wording
make sure to include all copyrights.
Save your tag =)

glimpse of heaven

Open frame 7 and place on a 800x800 transparent canvas.
Arange flowers as you would like around the frame. Be creative, colorize, flip, anything you would like it is endless here. To colorize I used the method of Effects>Photo Effects>Film & Filters with a dark purple at about 40%
Add ribbons, bows and buttons. Whatever you would like.
Resize 80%
Copy Merged to a new transparent canvas.
Place it near the upper right hand corner.
Place a background paper of choice inside the frame. I used paper 20 with a 50% transparancy.
Over the paper place the I love you heart.
Using your freehand selection tool outline your frame and then invert your selection.
Hit delete on the paper and the I love you heart layers. This should insure they are both inside your outline, make sure you have them placed under your frame.
Open tag and place glimpse of heaven inside it
resize
place on your main canvas
Add your tube of choice inside your frame
place all copyrights and wording
resize
save.

Don't forget the cookies!

Clock hands I tubed from a picture of my mothers wedding clock which can be found below.
Font:Frosty found HERE

Open paper 4 resize 15%
Apply Mask
Merge Group.. Minamize this for later.
Open your first background layer. I used paper 17. Resize 15%
Set the transparancy of this layer at 75%
Open Clock face
Effects> Photo Effects> Sepia > 50%
Paste onto your background layer.
Move to thetop left corner
Resize to make the bottom right of the clock 'frame' area right about the center of the tag.
Apply 4, 4, 100, 10, black Drop Shadow.
Open Clock hands below. Resize 70% Place inside the clock face.

Open Tree, resize 20%
Place in the bottom right corner, drop shadow as above.
Open Lables, resize 15%
Place the lables directly under the center of the clock, with a drop shadow as above.
Open back up your mask layer. resize it to 75%
Paste this in the top right corner with a drop shadow, but for this drop change the color to white.
Add your text to the lables now. I used the font at 10pts.
Merge All (Flatten)
Open your new background paper. I used 11
resize 35%
Paste your merged layer inside of the new background
Drop Shadow as before, but change it back to black.
Open Hearts and resize 20%
Place in top left corner with a droop shadow
Apply any copyrights
resize as desired and save!

Winter Wonderland

For this tutorial I used the Woodland Winter kit by Gemini Creationz found HERE
The artwork of Gorjuss found HERE

Open Paper Frame and apply a 4, 4, 100, 12 black drop shadow.
Open your paper of choice (I used 07) and resize to fit the frame. I also duplicated and mirrored so as to make the scene keep going. This required me moving the mirrored image off to the right.
New Raster layer flood filled #008080
Move the blue layer to the bottom.
When clicked on the forest layer change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy
Clicked on your blue layer
Using your freehand selection tool go around the frame, Invert selection, Hit delete
Click on your forest layers and hit delete as well to make sure you have nothing bigger then your frame.
Select none.
Resize 30%
Open Icicles 02 resize 70% Apply under the frame. Drop Shadow. 60% transparancy
Open Deer, resize 50% apply under the ice
Add whatever tube(s) you would like to the inside of the frame.
Copy Merged
Paste into a transparent 800x800 canvas
Apply drop shadow
Open Berries, Bow2 and Acorns, resize all 50%. Resize the Acorns twice.
Starting with the berries add each element to the top corner of the frame, with a drop shadow on each. Berries, then bow and then acorns.
Open owl and resize 50% apply to lower corner with a drop shadow.
Merge Visable
Open Snowtree and place under the frame off center opposite the bow and owl, add drop shadow
Open Wolf resize 50% or more if you would like and place on top of everything else with a drop shadow
Apply text and copyrights
resize and save your tag :)

All I Want for Christmas Is You....

FIRST do the sparkle tutorial if you do not already have your own sparkles. Remember to export them and have them named so you will be able to find them easy. Then you ar ready to start the rest of this tutorial.

Open the paper of your choice and apply Vix Mask 424
Merge Group
Apply Drop Shadow 4, 4, 100, 12, black
New Raster Layer Flood filled White
Apply tree 3 to the right hand side (resize as desired)
Apply train to the bottom of the backdrop with the same drop shadow as above.
Add any other embellishments you may desire.
Add your tube of choice
Add a drop shadow to your tube.
Add all wording and copyrights
Merge All
Resize 60%

New Raster layer
Apply sparkles sproaticly through your Christmas tree
Copy Merged
Paste as a new Animation in Animation Shop
Back to PSP and Delete the New layer.

Repeat at least 2 more times pasting the new frames after your first in Animation Shop

Run and Save!

Candy Cane Express

For this tutorial I used the Candy Cane Express kit by Tooty Pup and you can purchase this adorable kit HERE
Vix Mask 307 found in my quick links and presaved to your masks folder
Animation shop.

To begin I opened Paper 7 and applied the mask. Source Luminance, Fit to canvas, hide all mask.

Layers, Merge, Merge Grooup, Drop Shadow, 1, 1, 50, 1, black.

Layers, New Raster Layer, flood fill off white (I used #f6dcde). Move this layer under your mask layer in your layers palette.. I changed the name of this layer to background.

Open Bar 2 and place at the top center as a new layer., Drop shadow 5, 5, 100, 8, black. (This will be the drop shadow we will use for the rest of this tut unless specified.)

Open Christmas Tree 5, and resize 50%, place as a new layer in the center of your work canvas with a drop shadow.

Open Clock 2 resize 60% and place to the left of your tree also with a drop shadow.

Open Mr & Mrs Clause resize 75% and place to the right of the tree with a drop shadow.

Open snowman 1 and resize 30% and place in front of your lamp post, with a drop shadow.

Add your watermark, and any copyrights if you have used other tubes.

In your layers palette hide the background layer and the merged layer by clicking on the eye.

Click on your top layer. Merge Visable I named this new layer Tag layer.

Add your MAIN wording here (on my tag that would be the Happy Holidays. Convert to Raster layer, (by right clicking on the layer in the palette and converting) Add a drop shadow with the same settings as before but this time change the color to white. Name this layer Main Text.

Hide Main Text and Tag layer. Using your group (mask) layer as your center focal point add your "From our home to Yours" or what ever you would like seen first, convert to raster layer with the same white drop shadow. Change the name to Text 1. Hide this layer

Add what you would like your closing text to be (mine was Tooty Pup, the designers name) convert to raster, apply drop shadow and rename this text 2. Hide this layer.

You should now have a total of 5 layers. Resize 45% Open Animation shop

With the layers Background, and Text 1 as the ONLY visable layers, copy merged.

Paste into Animation Shop as a new animation

Back in PSP Hide text 2

Show layers Background, tag and main text. Copy Merged

Paste after current frame in Animation Shop

Back in PSP hide Main text and tag layers, and show text 2 layer. Copy merged

Paste after current frame in Animation shop.

Click on your first frame of the Animation, Right click on the blue bar around it.

Insert Image Transition, Fade, length 3.0 secs. If you notice up top you should be starting with your first frame and ending with your second.

Now I would like you to click on your last frame of your tag layer, mine is frame 14, right click on the blue bar, and insert image transition again, same settings.

This should leave you with 27 frames.

Run your animation and save your tag Ü

Using seriously about 4 years but I have been playing
around for about 7 years.

2. How did you get into making tags, scrapkits?

I began making tags out of just wanting specific things,
I did not know much back then about copyrights ect, then I joined a myspace group
that I adored and I learned from there, I was talked into learning the correct
way and making offers and I just have never stopped!
I have to do something to keep me from going nuts LOL

3. Who`s your fave artist?

Keith Garvey& Suzanne Woolcott
they are about the only ones I use.

4.Who`s your favorite Scrap Designer?

I do not have one favorite. I like kits
no matter who you are if I like the kit and I
believe I can do something with it then woo hoo
but the same people at times have kits I don't care for
it is all preference in what I want and the mood
I am in at the time

Winter Magic

For thsi tutorial I used the Beautiful A Touch of Winter Magic Kit by Ali which can he purchased HERE

To begin lets open paper 22 and then minamize it,

Open Christmas Window 1.

Using your selection tool cut out the inside of each pane of glass.

Copy and paste onto your paper layer. Resize as desired I tilted mine a bit Place a 3, 3, 100, 3 black drop shadow.

Open Icecicles 1 and place inside the largest frame with a drop shadow, but tis time change the blur to around 10

Open Tag 2 and place at the bottom outside of the frame, also with a drop shadow.

Open Bow Ribbon 2 and place over top left frame with a drop shadow.

Open your tube of choice, Place it over the large frame, slightly overlapping so as to appear to be popping out of the frame.

Back on your tube, copy the tube and paste as a new image on your workspace.

Sepia tone the picture 50% (effects> Photo Effects>Sepia toning)

Cut parts out of the picture and resize, place in the smaller frames as desired.

Open Ploar Bear 1 and mirror, place him in the bottom frame.

Open Word Art 1 and place at the bottom of the frame with a drop shadow.

Add name, and all copyrights!

Resize and save your tag :)

A Down Under Christmas

Open Frame 1, resize 50% Rorate left.

Open a blank canvas 800x800

Place the frame on to the canvas as a new layer, off center to the left a bit, Duplicate, Mirror, Make sure they appear to look like an open desk frame, you may have to move them around a bit.

Using your selection tool on persepective, drag the bottom of each frame side down a bit so to give it a 3D appearance.

Merge Visable, Apply a drop shadow 5, 5, 100, black, 5

Open the background paper you would like for each side of the frame, place them under the frame and cut of whatever you do not need using the freehand selection tool.

For the left side of my frame I made the paper balck and white by Effects>Photo Effects>Black and White

Apply what eer elemebts you would like inside the frames, I used Christmas Gum 08, Candle 02, deco 7.

Apply all wording and convert to a raster layer.

Effects>Plugins>Eyecandy5>Gradiant Glow. I used the green glow with the settings below.

Apply all copyrights

Save tag!

To begin pick your background paper and resize it to 60%

Open a blank canvas 800x800

Paste Your background paper in the center of this as a new layer.

Open Garland and resize 65%

Use this to frame your background layer

Open Swirl tree and place as a new layer, you may want to adjust the size or width of this. I made mine a tad more narrow, and moved it over to the right side.

Decorate the tree as you wish, I had to resize everything for that to about 20% and I applied drop shadows 2,2,100, 2, black to each element.

Open the Misteltoe and place at the top middle of your frame.

Add your tube as well as any wording and copyrights that you wish,

Save tag as a .png file so as your background is transparent. Ü

Wintersong 1

For this tutorial I used the beautiful Wintersong from Stina which you may purchase HERE
The Included mask... I have no idea where I got this as it has been years, I have left the file name so if you know please let me know so I can fix this issue.

First Open your background paper and then apply the mask. Merge Group. Drop Shadow 6, 6, 100, 6, Black.

Add Winter Scene to the middle 'window' resizing as needed.

Add mailbox off to the right side of the winter scene. Also resize as needed.

Add Postlight to the Right 'window frame'

Useing your selevtion took on PERSPECTIVE, stretch it out to make it look more 3D in the frame by pulling on the one side a touch from the bottom as shown.

Add Bow 11 after resizing to about 50% to the top corner of the middle frame.

Add anything else you would like

Merge Visible.

Using your selection tool on Scale now, resize the tag down so you have some free work area in your canvas.

Add all wording and copyrights

Save your Tag!

I know pretty simple but a lot of people do not know about the perspective tool and so I thought I would share this with you all.

Angels of Winter

Animation Shop

First open your paper of choice for your background. I chose hs-11
Now you can play around and use what ever elements and such that you want to but I picked the swirl tree, santa, tag, lt purple poinsettia, lights, mistletoe, and ribbon 01 You can do this however you want, the only tutorial part of this is for the lights Ü

After you have your tag just the way you want it including all your copyrights, Resize 70%

I want you to hide your lights, and merge visable.

Unhide your tag, Copy Merged to Animation Shop as a new animation

Back in PSP hide tag so all you see is your lights.

Adjust>Brightness>-120 (that is negative 120)

Unhide your tag, Copy merged to Animation shop and paste after current frame.

CTRL + A

Animation>Frame Properties, 50

Run and Save

For this tutorial I have used the wonderful work of Gina in the Kit 'Baby Bump' Which I love since I just found out that I am having another baby girl. You can get this awesome kit HERE

Open your background paper, I used paper # 11
To create the frame I used edge # 02 Placed it at the bottom left, duplicate, mirror. You will have to move them around to make them match up properly. Then I placed a drop shadow with -4, 4, 100, black, 10.
Merge down to make the two frame peices one layer. Duplicate, Flip.
Open Doodle # 02 and place at the bottom left like you did the frame, resize so it only fills half, duplicate, mirror, merge down
Open bougainville # 01 and do the same as above.
Open flower #1 and #2 resize as you would like and place them over the bougainville layer.
Add drop shadows to each of the above 3 layers as you would like. I used 2, 2, 100, black 5.
Add your tube of choice, I used one of the included, and added a drop shadow.
Add word art
Add journal 02
Add Name
Add any copyrights you require and resize.
Save tag.

Midnight in the Garden

For this tutorial I have used the Vintage Dreams kit from Scrappin Bratz that was made in honor of Jillann the former Scrappin Bratz owner which can be purchased HERE

Alien Skin Eye Candy Impact 5 Trail can be found in my quick Links on the top right of the page.

Open paper 26 or whichever one you would like to use as your frame. Resize to 25%
Open a blank 800x800 canvas transparent
Using your preset tool, Draw a shape you would like to use as your frame. I used a dodecagon. I placed it from 100 to 700 in both directions.
Flood fill this with your paper of choice, merge visible
Draw another of the same shape inside the previous one. Using the freehand selection tool Follow your shape around and then hit delete to make the inside gone.
Using Eye Candy 5 Glass apply the following settings. (Click on the picture to see full size)
Strech the shape to fill your canvas.
Open another paper for your background inside your frame, Resize to 15% and place inside your frame.
While having the frame layer selected create a drop shadow I used 2, 2, 100, 10 black.
To fill your frame you are going to want to resize each element you wish to use to around 20% to start with, you can use what ever you would like I have used the moon, bench, rain, and Ivy all with the same drop shadow as above.
Resize your canvas to 70%
Paste as a new layer on a fresh 800x800 canvas.
Place your bird(s) of choice on the top with a drop shadow
Place a branch on the left side under the frame layer, Duplicate, Mirror, Merge Down, Drop Shadow.
Using your flowers of choice make a nice arrangement and place it over the frame at the bottom. Add a drop shadow.
Add anything else you would like at this time, including all copyrights and wording.
Resize as desired
Save your tag

Tis The Season (Click to see full tag)

Font is Freebooter Script, it was FTU as all my fonts are and I am unsure where I got this one.

First you are going to want to open 2 papers of choice from the kit, a contrasting set works best.
With your foreground paper, Apply Vix mask 297 by Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from disk. Locate the mask and make sure Source Luminance, Fit to canvas and hide all mask are ticked.
Paste on to your background paper. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow 4, 4, 100, 7, black. Merge All.
Apply Vix Mask 14 by Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from disk. Locate the mask and make sure Source Luminance, Fit to canvas and hide all mask are ticked. Add Embellishments of choice around the tag, I used cream poinsettea, cream star 2 and bells. Merge Visable
Image>resize, 30% We will call this your "Tag layer" and minimize this for now.
Open your frame of choice from the kit, I used frame 5. Using your magic wand selection tool (Mode:Replace, Match:Color 20, Contiguous, 0, Anti-ailas, outside) Click inside your frame. This should give you your marching ants effect.
Open the paper that you wish to be the background of your frame, I used 09. Adjust>blur>Gaussian Blur 5.00 Copy
Paste the paper onto your frame layer. Selections>Invert and tap your delete Key. Select None. Move this new layer under your frame. Add a drop shadow when you have the frame selected if you would like.
Inside the frame I added the xmastree and the jinglebells both with a slight drop shadow but you can add what ever you would like.
Apply your tag layer where you would wish with a drop shadow by Copy and paste as a new layer.
Add Tube of choice and all copy rights.
Add any wording you would like.
Merge all Flatten
Using your freehand selection tool draw around the red line of the star. Adjust>Add/remove noise>Add noise. Random should be checked, Start with a number around 15. Select None, Copy Merged
In Animation Shop Paste as a new Animation
***Back to PSP, Undo Select None, Undo Add Noise. You should still have your marching ants at this point so what you need to do is add noice again and this time increase your number by 10. Select None. Copy
Paste after current frame in Animation shop.***
Repeat the steps between the stars at least one more time for a total of 3 frames. I have 5 framas so I did the steps a total of 3 more times, this is totally up to you. The more frames the more your glitter will shimmer.
Run your animation and Save!

Jail Bird

For this tutorial I used a kit by Gina called 'Jail Birds' Which can be purchased HERE. The great part of this kit is 100% of the proceeds are going to help her local jail, all the inmates that have no one on the outside to help them with basic needs.
Vix mask #250 which can be found in my quick links.
Edge Burst mask which comes with PSP 9 and above.

To begin open a new canvas 800x800 transprent and Open paper 03

While you have the transparent layer active, go to your flood fill tool, select either your foreground or background>Patterm>Paper 03 and resize to about 40% Flood fill the transparent layer with this.

Apply the mask to this layer, and add a drop shadow of 4, 4, 100, 5.50 Black. Merge Visable.

Place the door in the middle of your mask, and downsize it to fit your needs.

Open barbed wire and place on all four sides to make a frame.

Open Fence, and place in all four corners, you may have to move this around so the peices overlap properly and look right. Merge all fence layers and then apply a drop shadow. Place this layer behind everything else. You may have to first promote the background layer to a raster before you can do this, just right click on the background layer and convert to raster.

Place your tube of choice behind the door.

Decorate the frame as you wish with the elements in the kit.

Remember all copyrights!!

For this tutorial I used the work of Laurie at Candy Coated Scraps. The Kit name is My Angels and can be found HERE
Vix Mask #333 you can find the link to that in my quick links on the right hand side of the page.
Animations Shop you can find the link to that in my quick links on the right hand side of the page.

To begin you will ned to open elements 16 and 17, the flower frames.

Useing your freehand selection tool you are going to want to select around one of the flower bunches. and Copy

On your other flower frame you are going to paste as a new layer. Move this so it covers the same flower on the new frame.

Go back and repeate these steps with every other flower bunch, or how ever you would like until your new frame looks the way you would like it.

Layers>Merge Visable Minamize this canvas.

Open 2 papers of choice, one blue and one pink.

Apply the Vix Mask 333 to one of your papers. Copy Merged

Paste on your other Paper. I added a drop shadow of 2, 2, 100, 10 black

Copy Merged

Open Frame back up and Paste this as a new layer Under your frame.

Using your freehand selection tool, draw around the inside of the frame. Invert Selection, making sure you have the papers layer seleced hit delete on your keyboard.

You should now have the background only inside your frame.

This is where you can get creative and you can add what ever elements you would like to your frame.

Add any wording you would like.

Remember your copyrights

Merge ALL

Add your rocking horse and place where you would like it, with the nose of the horse pointed slightly downwards.

Resize, I made mine to around 400x400

Copy Merged

In Animation Shop Paste the as a new animation

Back to PSP, Rotate the rocking horse so it appears to be sitting level and copy Merged

Animations Shop> Paste after current frame.

Back to PSP

Rotate again until the tail in pointed downwards, Copy Merged

Animation Shop, Paste after current frame.

Select your 2nd frame by making sure it is the only frame with a red and blue line around it, Copy

Paste this after frame 3\

Select all by hitting Ctrl + A

Animation>Frame Properties and change this number to around 40

Run your animation and save!

Winter Ice (and external tutorial)

FIRST do the sparkle tutorial if you do not already have your own sparkles. Remember to export them and have them named so you will be able to find them easy. Then you ar ready to start the rest of this tutorial.

From the kit pick your two papers and open them.

Apply your Vix mask to one of them (Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load mask from Disk)

Apply a drop shadow. I used 4,4,100, 4, black (Effects, 3D effeclts, Drop Shadow)

Open Ice Border, resize as needed and place off to one side. Duplicate, Mirror. You can play around with these until you get them where you would like them. Merge Down. Apply a Drop Shadow with the same settigs as above.

Open Tag 2 as well as Winter both from the kit.

Copy Winter and Paste as a new layer into the tag. Streach this out so it fills the middle of the tag. Add a drop shadow as above. Lower the transparancy to 40.

Copy and paste Winter tag again into the tag. Resize and move so it is in the top left corner in the inside of the tag. Apply Drop Shadow same settings as above. Add your wording

Copy tag MERGED and paste into your tag and place it where you would like it. Add a drop shadow.

Open Snowman 2 and copy and paste him into your tag and resize as needed. Give him a drop shadow as well.

Add any other wording or embelishments you would like to add to make your tag now. Do not forget your copyrigts!

MERGE ALL, RESIZE as desired and save the tag before we begin the animation just to be safe ;o)

Layers, New Raster layer.

With your picture tube tool, find your sparkles, resize them as needed. I used about a 15 for mine. Place them all over your tree(s)

Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop and Paste as a new animation.

Back in PSP. Delete the new raster Layer. Add a new raster layer, add sparkles again, trying to place in diffrent positions as before. Copy Merged

Animation Shop, Paste after current frame.

Run animation and save your tag =)

Open a transparent 800 x 800 canvas

Open both christmas lights and resize to what ever you would like I believed I used about 8%. You are going to rotate these across the bottom of the empty canvas. When you reach the end of the row, Layers>Merge>Merge Visable. Drop Shadow 8,8, 100, 5, black.

Right click on your light strand, Duplicate, Flip

For animated tag:
Copy Merged, Paste as a new layer.

Minamize one of your canvases. You will keep one as your original and the other as your work canvas.

On the open one paste each of your bulbs again.

You are going to cover the green bulbs with the red and the red with the green so you can create the blinking effect.

Once again when you get to the end of the strand row, hide the base rows so all that is showing is the new lights, Copy Merged and flip to cover the top row. (to hide just go to your layers pallet and click on the eye ball next to each layer.)

Open frame of your choice and resize to fit into your canvas. Add a drop shadow if you would like. I used 4, 4, 100, 7, black.(this is the setting I will use throughout this tutorial)

Open paper of choice and paste under the frame.

Useing free hand selection tool, point to point with a zero feather go around the inside of your frame.

Switch layers so you are on the background layer and invert your selection and hit delete on your keyboard. This should give you just the inside of the frame for your new background layer.

Switch back to your frame and add a drop shadow.

Add your elements of choice inside of your frame as well as outside.

Add all copyrights needed.

If you would like a total background add it now I used the green paper which I had to resize a touch.

For a NON ANIMATED TAG, add your wording and resize. Save and you are all done.

for an ANIMATED TAG:

Resize your work layer and your other light layer to the same sizes

On your work Layer COPY MERGED and PASTE as a new animation into Animation Shop Ctrl + Shft + L so you have 2 animation frames.

Light layer Copy Merged and paste on top of ONE of your Animation frames.

(To test that you have done this properly just run the animation and make sure you have everything properly lined up)

Back in PSP add your wording for your tag. Hide every other layer but your wording and copy merged

Paste as a new animation in AS, CTRL + SHFT + L to make 2 frames, Ctrl+ A and then Ctrl + C to Copy

On your base layer Ctrl + A and Ctrl + E to paste. This will be floating after you hit Ctrl+ E so make sure when you click again it is where you would like it.

Under Animation>Animation Properties you can increase the frame rate to slow down your flashing lights. Just make sure you have hi Ctrl+A so both frames are selected before youd o this.

Save your tag!

Lullaby of Love

Open paper 6e

Place moon 1 in the top corner with a transparency of 70% and a drop shadow of 4, 4, 100. 10 black

Place Music notes 1 in the middle of your paper, cross wise, also with the same drop shadow

Place tube of choice on the right hand side around the middle with a drop shadow

Open Piano and place it over the tube to simulate her behind it.

Add ribon 1b to the side of the piano

Place candle 3 in different resizes across the piano

Place Ribbon 2 across the floor with butterfly 3 over the ribbon (drop shadow to both)

Add all copyright information

Add the text and names you have chosen and convert text layer to a raster layer

Alien Skin> G radiant Glow> Green Glow and change the settings to black with a radius of 14

Resize to 50% and Save tag here so as not to lose any of your work.

Open Animation Shop

Back on your tag go to picture tubes and you should have the flame tube that is included with most all versions of PSP, you are going to want to resize this to about 20. Play around till you have it how you want it.

Place a nice flame atop each candle, if you don't like the one you are given you can undo and replace it to get another one.

Copy Merged and Paste into Animation Shop as a new animation

Back in PSP Undo each of your flames, and this time resize to either 25 or 15 and repeate the flames. Copy merged and paste in Animation shop AFTER current frame

Back to PSP and repete above step. I did this for a total of 3 frames, you can do more or less as you would like.

Run your animation and save

Open Paper 9 from the kit and apply the mask to it. Merge Visable, Drop Shadow 5,5,100,8, black.

Open Paper 10 and using the crop tool you need a 400x400 section. Copy.

Paste the Paper 10 layer under the frame.

Open Branch 5 from the elements and place at the bottom left, duplicate, mirror, Merge Down, Drop Shadow 5, 5, 14, 100, Black.

Open pine cone and place slightly off center,( you may wish to resize slightly) duplicate, mirror.

Open flower 5 and place between the pine cones, you may have to resize it for it to look right.Drop shadow with the same settings as the last time.

Inside the frame pick a few elements that you like and place them accordingly. I used the cattail, Mr. Turkey & pumpkin. All with the same drop shadow as before.

Add your needed copyrights.

Add all wording

Convert Wording layer to Raster by right clicking on the layer and convert to raster.

Effects>PlugIns> AS Impact>Gradiant Glow> Dark Aura... In the settigns for this you want to change the colors (Black and purple just do not look right here lol) For the first color I used the med nrown from Mr Turkeys feathers, Middle color is the next feather down, and the last is the next feather down. I used a glow radius of 8 and left everything else alone.

SAVE tag as either a .jpg (white background) or a .gif (for a transparent background).

First pick the two papers you would like to use as your masks and apply one of your masks to each one.
Next open your background
Add the Rockstar Mask by Copying Merged and pasting as a new layer.(Drop Shadow)
Add your tube of choice so it will be inside your frame (Drop Shadow)
I added the chandelier behind my tube for effect. (Drop Shadow)
Add any other elements you may want to use on the inside of the picture, I have added to the bracelet and her belly button =)
RE-SIZE 50% this is now your base layer.
Open the frame of choice and place your base layer inside the frame. You may have to re-size both the frame and the base to make them look the way you would like for them to. You do this with the little squares that show up when you are on your PICK TOOL
Add embellishments around the frame as you would like (Drop Shadow)
Add copyrights and any wording you would like
MERGE ALL
Now take your 'ROCK THIS' Layer and re-size it to about 35% and copy merged and paste onto your base layer. You will have to re-size this more I am sure, and place it where you would like it.
Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy>Gradient Glow
I used the Dark Aura with the following settings after changing the purple to a hot pink shade.

Open Animation Shop
Paste as a new animation
Back to PSP
Apply Glow again with the same settings,
Copy Merged
In Animation Shop Paste after current frame
Repeat the glow as many times as you would like, I did 5

First you are going to open your base, I have used the fancy tag, any of the tags or brads will work for this though, just remember to re-size if you need to.
Layers>New Raster Layer, Normal
Zoom in to about 250% and with your lasso selection tool you are going to use point to point with a feather of 2 and select the inside of your tag.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin>glass with the following settings. (remember when I give you settings it is what I used feel free to change anything you may want.)
Add your text for your tag and move it under the glass by selecting the layer in the layers palette and just moving it down.
Add all embellishments to the tag you would like.

FONT is Riesling

I like to start big because it makes it easier for me so I opened a new canvas 800x800 white
Apply the web and stretch it to fit the whole canvas by pulling the corners. Drop Shadow 4,4,100,14,black (this is the drop I use for the whole tag)
Apply the rope frame to the center. Drop Shadow.
Useing your free hand selection tool set on point to point with no feather Draw a line around the inside of the rope frame. Selections>Invert and then hit your delete key on your keyboard. This should take away any extra web from around the frame.
Add the broom and the bat to the tag. drop shadows on both. minimize your tag for a moment to work on the nest step.
Open Branch, Fall flower 2, fall flower 4, fern leaf, gflower,
Open a 600x600 transparent layer for your base
Apply in this order... Fern, Branch, and then the flowers. For my effect I made the branch with a slight sepia tone to bring out the gray in the flowers. Drop shadow each item. Merge Visable.
Copy
Open back up your tag and paste your flower arrangement on the tag near the bottom.
Layers>New raster layer>normal
Using your preset shapes took you need to be on rounded rectangle. For my inside I picked up a nice orange from the sunflower, and flood filled the rectangle.
Effects>Plugins>AlienSkinTextures>Marble

Effects>3D>Inner Bevel> Rounded Width:8, Smoothness0, depth20, ambiance0, shiny0, angle 315, intensity 50 and elevation 30
Apply all text and copyrights.
RESIZE tag, I used 70%
Add Spider and make her sit nicely on your frame. If you would like your tag NON animated go ahead and save it now.
For an animated version this is where you open your Animation Shop
Copy tag Merged.
Paste as new Animation
Back to PSP
Move your spider slightly
Copy Merged
Paste after current frame in Animation Shop.
You are going to continue the back and forth until you have your spider walking all the way around the frame. For when the spider is behind my sign I have 2 frames without the spider in them at all.
Run
Save.

PLUGINS>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5>Gradient Glow. I took the Green Glow setting, changed the color to a DARK BLUE and the glow radius to 21.80, 35, 100, 100, 65, 100 Random Seed.
Add GCZ_SH_Broomwitch and GCZ_SH_Cat. Place these where ever you would like on your moon layer.
Add text and copyrights (My text also had the white glow as used above)
MERGE ALL
Add GCZ_SH_Spider some place under the broomstick.
VIEW>GRIDS
VIEW SNAP TO GRIDS
Using your Pen tool with the following settings:(you will have to click to see the full toolbar)
Black and Black. You are going to draw a line from the spider to the broomstick. The grids will help you to insure the lines will remain straight and the Snap to grids will make sure the spider staying in the correct area as well.
COPY MERGED
PASTE as a NEW ANIMATION in Animation Shop
Back in PSP Move your spider down... I counted 4 grid clicks.
Back to your pen tool and connect the end of the old line to your spider.
COPY MERGED
PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME in Animation Shop.
Do this as many times as needed for the spider to move as you would like.
RUN
SAVE as a .gif

OPEN Back ground paper of choice
APPLY Vix281 Mask. COPY MERGED
PASTE as new image, and PASTE AGAIN as new layer. You may have to move it just a bit so it lines up correctly. Drop Shadow 4,4,100,4 black.
Apply your brush to the center of the mask. I used Size 480, Step 32, Density 100 and Opacity 100 Blend mode of normal.
Apply Tube of choice.
Add Beware sign, I recolored mine to a green to match the paper useing EFFECTS>PHOTO EFFECTS>FILM & FILTERS, DARK GREEN 35%
Add Candles
Add Text with Gradiant Glow (Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eyecandy 5)
Add Copyrights.

Font is Halloween Spider not sure where I got it, I have had it for years LOL.
Grab something to drink and let's get started =]
OPEN your choice of backgrounds. I liked the stars.
** If you want more color to your background like I did, use between the double stars, if not proceed to under double stars......
LAYERS>NEW RASTER LAYER>Normal, 100, 0
In your LAYERS palette right click on your BACKGROUND, CONVERT to RASTER
Click on your transparent layer and flood fill with your choice of colors. I used a dark navy.
Slide this UNDER what was your background layer by right clicking to ARANGE>Move to bottom.
On your old background layer, I changed my transparancy to 30% for a lighter effect.
Next I made my tag image using whatever elemnts I saw fit for what I wanted. The one thing I will mention IF you want to make something similar is I placed my MOON element UNDER my old bacground layer so this was also softer.
Add everything you need for your tag, Except your wording and lightning.
Now we are going to play with our Plug-Ins.
In your LAYERS PALETTE click on the very bottom layer (for me this was my navy layer)
EFFECTS>PLUG INS>EYE CANDY XENOFEX>Lightning.. I used the following settings, you can play with this as you want.

In Animation Shop PASTE (as new animation for first frame, after use after current frame)
You are going to want to repete this 3 times (for a total of 4 frames) I moved my layers around though, I have 1 on my navy and the rest are on a new Raster I placed behind my tubes. Do what you think looks best for you.

NOW while you are clicked in your animation
CTRL+SHFT+A
CTRL+SHFT+C
CTRL+SHFT+L... 4 times, so you have a total of 20 frames. The need for all 20 will make sense here in a min just trust me =]
Bact to PSP we go....
NEW RASTER Make your text that you want to fade now, Mine is Happy Haunting.
EFFECTS>Plugins>Eye Candy 5> Gradiant Glow>Dark Aura
COPY
Move to Animation and PASTE as a new Animation.
On the BLUE BAR, RIGHT CLICK, INSERT IMAGE TRANSITION, DISOLVE:
CTRL+SHFT+A (select all)
CTRL+SHFT+C (copy)
Over to tag layer
CTRL+SHFT+A (select all)
CTRL+SHFT+E (paste)
Now this will be floating so do not click again until you have it where you would like it. If you need to change it just go to EDIT and Undo.
BACK to PSP
NEW RASTER
Make your name if you are doing so.
Copy and paste as a new animation
CTRL+SHFT+L 19 times for a total of 20 frames
CTRL+SHFT+A (select all)
CTRL+SHFT+C (copy)
Over to tag layer
CTRL+SHFT+A (select all)
CTRL+SHFT+E (paste)
RUN ANIMATION
***If it is to fast for your liking go back to the frames layer and CTRL+SHFT+A, ANIMATION, FRAME PROPERTIES. I changed mine from 10 (default) to 25***
AFTER RUNNING, SAVE AS GIF FILE.

Summer Dreams

For this tutorial I used the Summer Spritzer kit from Bits N Bobs found HERE
Animation Shop
Here we go
First open a 600x600 canvas with the background color of your choice. I am a fan of purple as always but what ever you want and what works for what you have in mind.
Using the Vines (Element-4) I have created a base by duplicating the vines and rotating 90 degrees, each of 3 times (for a total of 4)
On top of that base I created a frame type layer useing the flowers. In another version I used the bling strings, so what ever works, just make a frame from them by rotating.
Between the two I placed a frame of the feathers for some added color.
I have used a mist by Christine for my tube, if this is your photography please let me know and I will give proper credit for it.
Next you are going to want to open your Kite. I have recolored mine just a touch useing Effects>Photo Effects > Film and Filters. I used 85 and a dark purple to get the light purple I have.
Place the Kite where you would like it to start.
COPY MERGED
In Animation Shop PASTE as new animation

BACK to PSP
Move your Kite to the 2nd position
COPY MERGED
Back to Animation Shop
PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME
******
Repete inside the ****** as many times as you would like to get the kite to follow the path you desire. Make note of how many frames you have.
Leave this all open and go back to PSP
On your tag LAYERS>NEW RASTER>Normal, 100, 0
On this layer you are going to place your text, watermarks, copyrights ect. Make sure it is all on this one layer by Merging Down when you are done with your text. (A good way to make sure that is all you have on this layer is to hide all text and watermarks by using the eye in the layers pallet on each layer... then merge visible so all you have is your text.)
While you are selected on the new text layer, COPY (DO NOT COPY MERGED!!!)
In Animation Shop PASTE AS NEW ANIMATION
CTRL+SHIFT+L to repete the frame as many times as you need it (I needed 6)
CTRL+SHFT+A (select all)
CTRL+SHFT+C (Copy)
Go to your OTHER (Tag) Frames
CTRL+SHFT+A (Select all)
CTRL+SHFT+E (Paste)
RUN your Animation
SAVE as .gif file.

Let's begin
First you are going to want to pick three papers. I have the brown, orange and green for my tag.
With your middle color paper apply the 109 mask COPY and PASTE as a new layer on your backgound paper, I applied mine twice for a bolder effect.
Now with your foreground paper you are going to apply the 39 mask, COPY & PASTE on top of your other papers.... and to make the words stand out a bit, I did a 3,3, 100, 24 black drop shadow.
This is where you get creative, I know you are going to chage things up a bit, I used the tree, bench and squirrle from the kit because they worked with what I wanted. I applied drop shadows to everything to make it all pop. And I added my gorjuss girls.
After you add your wording, and copyrights you want to MERGE ALL
Now for the Animation.
I am sure there are other ways to do this, but I stick with what I am comfy with so here we go.
OPEN a new image about 400x400 transparent. I did this 3x because I wanted 3 diffrent leaves.
Useing the included picture tubes "Autumn leaves" I played around till I found three that I liked, one on each transparent image.
With each one you are going to want to COPY and then PASTE them on your tag. You can resize them and rotate them as you would like.

On this image you are going to COPY MERGED
In Animation shop you PASTE AS NEW ANIMATION
BACK TO PSP
Move your leaves around, rotate them or what ever you would like and move them down the image.
COPY MERGED
ANIMATION SHOP
PASTE AFTER SELECTED FRAME

Do everything between the *** as many times as you would like for your effect. I used 4 frames.
In Animation shop while clicked on your frames hit CTRL+A Then under ANIMATION you can resize if you would like (I used 70%) and you can go to FRAME PROPERTIES and change the speed. I up'ed mine to 40

Color Effects Lesson

Today we are going to have a little bit of fun with different effects that are preloaded with your PSP.
I am useing the Papyrus Kit from Gemini Creationz found HERE
A picture taken by my wonderful friend Tanya Townsend which I can not share, but I am sure you can find one of your own that will work.

Lets begin.

First open your picture of choice. Make sure it is a decent size and fits whatever saying you would like to add to it.
Under EFFECTS>PHOTO EFFECTS>TIME MACHINE I used the first one, over 1839 with a 30% intensity with the photo edges ticked. This will give you your 'frame and color effects' If you would like you can play around with this to see what else you can come up with. There are some that are very pretty!
Next for to LAYERS>NEW RASTER LAYER. Normal, 100 and zero, layer is visable. Hit OK
Click on the window for this and then COPY
PASTE as new image on your workspace. (This will give you the correct size for your new images and make the additions a bit simpler.)
Now is when you allow your imagination to have some fun. Use whatever elements you would like to have around your picture. I used the flowers and the leaves and made sure each peice was in its own layer.
Once I had it looking how I wanted it to I went to EFFECTS>PHOTP EFFECTS>SEPIA TONE. Amount to age 60% This will give it all a very close effect to what the time machine did. If you played with the time machine you will need to adjust this up or down as the case may be for the effect you would like.
Now to add some color.
I picked a few of my elements and decided to color them to make them pop. To do this, I selected the element I wanted (Blue flower in the center for example) EFFECTS>PHOTO EFFECTS>FILM & FILTERS. Blue 87%. You can adjust these up and down as you would like. PIck a few and make them all diffrent colors.
Add any text or copyrights you may need. Resize and SAVE!

Summer Memories Frame

For this layout (pic frame) I used the wonderful Strawberry Hill kit by Vicki at Gemini Creationz found HERE

This is my first layout so it is fairly simple but I am kind of proud so here we go =]
Open your paper of choice. I liked the Blue.
Paste your frame of choice on the paper (drop shadow if you would like)
ADD whatever embellishments you would like (Drop Shadow)
If you have added tubes remember your copyrights as well as your watermark.
promote background layer to a raster layer
Add new raster layer transparent
Useing your freehand selection tool and point to point,feather zero, cut along the frame. delete. Now you should see your transparent background in the center of your frame.
RESIZE AND SAVE AS PNG. If you do not save this as a PNG you will not be able to add pictures later.
Simple but like I said I am proud =]

Here we go.....
OPEN two papers of choice, background and frame
APPLY mask to Frame paper and COPY MERGED.

PASTE onto background layer, apply drop shadow if you would like. I used 7, 7, 100, 15 BLACK
I wanted more texture on my background so I used Swirl1 with a transparency of 30
ADD Deco Box
ADD flowers ect around as you would like (drop shadows where you feel you want)
I have my flowers LAYERD as so they pop out of my frame. Adjust as needed.
ADD Tube of choice, I used the beautiful fairy included in the kit thanks Vicki!
RESIZE I did 75%
SELECT Your FRAME layer.
Go to your plug in Alien Skin Xenofex 2 > Constellation The settings I used are as follows using random seed:

COPY MERGED
Go to ANIMATION SHOP
PASTE as new image
BACK TO PSP
***UNDO Constellation. Back to PLUG IN, use diffrent random seed, repeat COPY MERGED and go to Animation shop, paste after selected frame. Do this 2 more times (more or less as you would like)*** Notice How many base layers you have in the bottom right corner
BACK to PSP. Add New Raster Layer.
Apply copyrights
Add any text you would like.
Merge the new layers if there is more then 1... COPY only the new layer (s)
PASTE in Animation shop as a NEW Animation
CTRL+SHFT+L to repete as many times as you have base layers
CTRL+SHFT+A to select all
CTRL+SHFT+C to copy
ON BASE LAYER
CTRL+SHFT+A
CTRL+SHFT+E to paste. Remember if you move your mouse you WILL move the layer. Be careful and do not click until it is where you want it. You can fix this with a simple undo.
RUN and SAVE your New tag!

Let us begin...
OPEN a NEW canvas I used 800x800 flood filled black
PASTE your rainbow as you would like it, I dropped mine down to a 75% transparency for the effect I wanted.
PASTE any other embellishments you would like. I used the bubbles and sparkels, with a 80% transparency and the disco ball as is at 100%
ADD Copyrights and wording (remember to stay away from the edges as your mask will delete them and you do not want to lose your copyrights!)
MERGE ALL
APPLY Mask
Save as a .png file.

Lets get started...

First choose your background paper, I used #8 but you can pick what ever you like.
Now you are going to PASTE your center of choice as a new layer. I used doodle 3, you could use anthing here the doodles, blings sparkles whatever you want. You may have to strech it to make it fit the way you would like.
Personally I felt my bacground was to dark so I put it at a 50% transparancy and I added a drop shadow to my doodle. Then I MERGED ALL
Save this as your base layer.
Add new RASTER LAYER and then COPY this layer and PASTE it as a new image.
This will be the beginings of your foreground layer,
You can choose any of the frames privided or make one of your own, I used the ribbon doodle 1 to make my own frame.
Add whatever embelishments or tubes you would like to acchieve the look you are going for. With such light colors I always use a drop shadow to make them each stand out a bit more. Layer everything as you would like. I have my tube under the frame and the rest on top of it. Dont forget all wording and copyrights.
When you have this how you would like it to look open up the Water Reflection program.
IN this you want to open your BASE layer
Hit the elips looking thing one the left and select the whole image by left clicking on each corner and then right click to get your ants.

Using the Rain/Snow you want to make a light rain shower, I used the settings below but you can tweek them he wy you would like.
SAVE this base as a GIF
Go to Animation shop and open your base, take notice as to how many layers there are.
Back in PSP COPY Merged everything you have on the frame layer all at once, and PASTE it as a new animation in Animation Shop
CTRL+ SHIFY + L until your frame layer matches your base layer.
On the frame Layer CTRL + A to select all and CTRL + C to copy
on the base layer CTRL + A and then CTRL + E to paste on top of the base, make sure you are centered!

Run your animation and SAVE as a gif

Eye Candy Impact 5:Gradiant Glow

Lets get started.

First OPEN your bubble of choice, we all know I love purple so we know which one I chose Ü and resize it 150%. (This is to make it easier to work with while we go.)
Create a new raster layer, transparent
Using your ELLIPSE TOOL Create a circle the same size as the bubble outline dark gray and inside what ever background you would like for your bubble. I used a purple with the texture of wet leaves. Since you made this on a new layer you can switch to the PICK TOOL to resize your circle if need be.
In order if what I added to my bubble I have the Element 5 (leaves), Curled ribbon 1, wings 1 and dress 2. I only added a small drop shadow to the dress because I liked the way the rest of it turned out without one.
I flood filled my background with a landscape like fill
Added a few stars
Wording I used Brock Script with a GRADIENT GLOW of soft white 7.5 width.
Added my mark (Don't forget copyrights if needed)
RESIZE (I did 50%)
SAVE

Splashing good time

For this tutorial I used the Slish Splash Splosh Kit from Gemini Creationz which can be found HERE

Lets get started....

First I opened my frame of choice which was frame 2
I opened a new transparent canvas and flood filled it with what I thought would make a nice 'water' color with a 75% transparency. I then freehand selected (cut) some off of the top to make a water ripple effect. It took me a few tries to get this right so play around with it.
I copied the water layer and placed it behind my frame and trimmed off the over hang the same way I did with the ripple waves, then I added a slightly darker blue drop shadow to the water.
I found a gravel picture on photo bucket and cut it the same way to make the bottom of my 'fishbowl effect'.
From here I just added assorted elements from the kit and placed them where I wanted them all with a slight black drop shadow.
Once I had the basic look I desired I wanted to make my word art. To do this I picked a very light grey for my foreground and a transparent background, and using my preset shape tool made a circle around the inside of the frame. Next I stretched it out just a touch so my words would be totally inside the frame.
Useing my test tool, I clicked on the circle I had made when I saw the semicircle under the A (font tool) this means you are writing on the curve. I added my text. I had to tweek this a few times as well till I got it where I wanted it.
COPY MERGED and place on your background of choice, I picked the light yellow because it seemed nice and sunny to me.
I added my mark (dont forget any copyrights you may need to add) and the name for my tag. Resize and SAVE!

Let's begin
First I picked m background paper and my beads that I wanted to use. I placed the beads on the paper, moved to the left, Duplicated and then mirrored so there was enough to cover the whole paper. moving and resizeing as needed and added a drop shadow to make them more visable.
Next I opened the Carrage of choice and placed it UNDER the beads with an opacity of 70%
Open a new Raster layer 900x900 transparent
Make a frame from the roses rotating as you go. Apply drop shadow
COPY MERGED the paper/carriage layer
PASTE inside the rose frame. resize as needed
Add embelishments as you would like
resize as needed remember to add copyright and watermark info
Save

For this tut I used the following

First open a new image 800x800 filled with one of the sky gradients I used Sky4 with a texture of cobblestone and then flattened the image.
Open the screen and place it where you would like
Add the cars, road and what ever images you would like to add from the kit, adding a drop shadow when you would like to. Make the tag look like you would expect a Drive In to look like (Sad thing is most kids today will never even see a drive in)
Effects>Illumination Effects>Lights
Preset of Traffic Top. You may have to move the lights around a tad to get them on the top of your screen settings are below.

Add copyright or watermart
I used a frame for mine, Brushed edges
Resize to 50%
Copy Merged to a new 800x800 filled black
Mine is tilted a bit
Add text as desired, mine I also used a gradiant glow on
Merge All
Add a new raster layer
Add star tubes as desired
Copy merged to Animation shop
Back to PSP
delete star layer
Add new raster and make stars again
Copy Merged and paste in Animation shop after the current frame
Do this as many times as you desire
Run
Save as .gif file

First open your Ipod template. You should see it in several layers. To colorize this what you are going to do is selcect one of the layers in the layers pallett (I am useing the base unit for my preview) With your magic wand click on the base layer. You will see marching Ants around your base.. Selections>Float>Defloat. New Raster Layer Blend of OVERLAY. Flood Fill with color/pattern/gradiant of choice. Unslect all. You will do this for every layer you wish to color.
RESIZE to about 20% this should make your tag pretty close to 100% which is where you would like it.
HIDE the screen layer but clicking on the eye next to it in the layers pallet
MERGE VISABLE (this is to make things easier to find)
UNHIDE the screen layer.
Open your tube and place it between the two layers.
New rater layer
Add all copyright information now
New Raster layer
Add wording for tag and if you want add the gradiant glow now. Have fun with it, whatever you want.
If you want your tag NON ANIMATED this is where you STOP and SAVE your tag
ANIMATED TAG
COPY MERGED and paste as a new animation in Animation shop
BACK to PSP
This is where you can change your tube or text by deleting the corasponding layers. Each time you do this add a new Raster layer to replace the old one and use one for the text, tube what ever you would like to replace.
COPY MERGED and then in Animation shop PASTE after current frame. You are going to want to do everything under copy merged for each new frame you would like. I had 4 because I used 4 diffrent tubes.
RUN your animation. This is where you decide if you would like to slow it down. I always do for things like this So CTRL+A to select all and go to ANIMATION>Frame Properties I usually use about a 65 for pics and a 100 for words, so since this one had both I went with 100.
RUN your animation again
SAVE as a .gif

Summer Lovin'

For this tag I used the following:
'Whimsy Butterfly Garden' kit from Gemini Creationz which can be found HERE
The beautiful and playful artwork of Suzanne Woolcott complamented this kit so well so I picked her and her artwork can be purchesed HERE
Animation shop
First I picked my background blue paper and the green that I used for the grass.
On the green paper take your freehand draw tool with the following settings and just drew a softly rolling grassy area

Copy this area and paste it at the bottom of your background blue so as to make grass and sky.
Next I added the fence area. I decided I did not want it solid so I placed them sporatically across the 'grass' and applied a 3, 3, 100, 10 BLACK drop shadow (these are the drop settings I used for the remainder of my peices for this tag.)
Next I used the ivy to run between the fence, I switched the layers on some of the fence peices so the ivy was twining through it,. Drop Shadow again
Next I added FRAME-1 with a drop shadow
Now I added the elsements of choice Flowers, Bees, Butterflies, Bird Bath, Sun layering when needed and also with a drop shadow
Now I added my playful tube.
Add your copyrights if needed as well as your watermark (mine is the daisy on my lil girls knee)
MERGE ALL
Copy this and paste it to Animation shop (we will call this your art layer)
BACK TO PSP
Add your text you would like Summer lovin worked well for me as I am a Grease fan Ü, as well as the name of whom the tag so for.
Make sure you have the text layer active and copy this to animation shop.(your text layer)
On the blue line around your text right click to your popup menu and select Insert Image Transition
I chose Blinds 2.0 sec and 14fps... this gave me 29 frames (28 for the transition and 1 for the full text)
Activate your art layer and right click the blue line and on the menu hit copy
Hold down "Ctrl+Shift+L" Till you have 29 layers of your art frame.
Go back to the text layer "Ctrl+A" to select all and "Ctrl+C" to copy
On the Art layer "Ctrl+A" and then "Ctrl E" to past into selcted frame.
Make sure you do not click again until you have the text where you would like it to appear.
CTRL+A again.. Animation in the toolbar and then resize animation to the size you prefer if you have not already done so
RUN & SAVE

I have made this kit in honor of my daughter Samantha that has LCA. It is the visual impairment that has taken most of my daughters sight. Not long ago no one even knew what LCA was... but in the past few years MUCH has been found out. With a little help everyone will know what LCA is and it will make it much easier to find a cure. Not your ordanary DIVA

For this tag I used the kit Diva-licious from Bits N Bobs and that can be found HERE
I used the artwork of one of my fav artests Keith Garvey the tube is called Goth Chick and can be found at MyPSPTubes HERE
First pick your background layer or open a blank 900X900 raster layer.
OPEN each of the fancy feathers. Place them in a design of your liking. I placed one on each side of my paper making a rectangular frame, merged them, and then duplicated and mirored or fliped as needed.
Hide background if you have one and MERGE VISABLE
DROP SHADOW 7,7,100, 10
ADD Butterfly charm. I recolored to the darkest purple at 100% I also applied a drop shadow to this.
ADD other embelisments and charms as desired with or without drop.
PLACE your tube where you would like it.--- For mine I wanted it to pop out of the frame so I placed my tube right on top of my frame, zoomed in and used my free hand to select around her head in any areas the frame was covering. I made sure I had the frame layer selected and hit CUT.
ARANGE the tune UNDER the frame layer after you have done this.
ADD names and coptrights.
COPY MERGED
PASTE as six new layers, adding a flare to each diamond in the heart and one to an eye
COPY each frame to Animation Shop
Run animation and SAVE

Chloe come home

For this tag I used the wonderful art of Vicki from Gemini Creations called Chloe's Angel found HERE
Animation Shop Let's begin..
First OPEN a green and a blue paper of your choice ADD the green over the blue so as to simulate grass.
ADD the actual grass png where you would like and duplicate as needed. ADD flowers and other elements as you would like.
Make sure to ADD your kitty. I chose the black one for my cat Yin but the other is for Vicki's cat Chloe.
ADD drop shadows as you desire.
You can either SAVE here or CONTINUE with the animation.
If you are Animating your tag, this is where I want you to COPY MERGED, and PASTE as 3 new images.
Minimize your original tag as we don't want to use that one.
Now you can either use Alien Skin or sparkle flairs to adorn each layer. Copy each layer to Animation shop and paste one after the other.
RUN animation and SAVE.

Easter Bunny

Lets get started...
OPEN your background paper of choice and resize as desired.
OPEN felt egg row and PASTE at the left side of your paper. DUPLICATE, MIRROR
On the origional egg row rotate it left or right does not matter. PASTE to the top of your paper, DUPLICATE, Mirror... this should give you a frame of the felt eggs.
HIDE your paper layer and MERGE VISABLE.
Now go to your Plugin GLASS and use these settings:

UNHIDE your paper layer.
Add your fence, bunny of choice, and other elements and names with or without drop shadows as you would wish. I also added the glass effect to my Easter banner and the name.
Add Copyrights and watermarks
RESIZE
STOP here if you do not want the butterfly animation and save your tag
If you would liek to add the butterfly (and we all know I love butterflies) resize it and paste it on one side of your tag.
COPY MERGED and PASTE into Animation Shop as a new animation.
Go back and slightly move your butterfly. repeate above but paste after current frame.
Continue until you have the butterfly all the way across the tag.
RUN
SAVE

Groovy Baby

For the following kit I used:
Animation Shop
Groovylicious Kit (which is a great freebie right now) By Vicki which can be found HERE
Tubes are by Keith Garvey and are PTU and can be bought at MyPspTubes HERE
Lets begin..
First pick your background paper of choice. I picked the polka dot one because it fit my mood at the moment.
Resize this to a workable size for your tag.
Add a new transparent raster layer... COPY the raster layer and PASTE as a new image in your work space and minimize your background paper.
Open the frame and PASTE into your transparent layer and RESIZE as needed.
PASTE embellishments however you would like.
Add your tubes inside the frames and crop/resize as needed.
ADD drop shadows as desired
Remember your copyrights and your watermarks.
Re-open your background layer that you had minimized, COPY MERGED and PASTE as a new Animation in Animation shop.
Right click on the blue bar around your paper, and Insert Image Effect."Rotate Colors" I used 1.5 and 14 fps.
Depending on your settings you will have a different amount of frames, which it will show you in the bottom right corner. Mine has 22 frames.
Go back to PSP and COPY MERGED your frame layer.
PASTE this into animation shope and press CTRL+SHFT+L 21 times, or however any frames you need minus one.
CTRL+A to select all frames, CTRL+C to copy
move to the background paper... CTRL+A and CTRL+E to PASTE
Run the animation and save as a .gif

Butterfly Blues

For this tutorial I used the wonderful work of Rachel in a kit called Blue Denum. The kit can be found HERE
I also used the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey and you can find all his tubes (all are PTU) at Mypsptubes HERE
I used a butterfly wing dmsk, I am unsure where I got this from, if it is yours PLEASE let me know and I will give you credit as soon as I get your mail.
Lets get started.....
First you will want to pick two papers for the kit, one for your background and one for the butterfly wings.
Apply the mask below to the butterfly wing paper and then paste it on to your background paper.
Add your tube and resize or tweek the position as you would like it.
Apply a drop shadow if desired.
At this point I merged my tube and wing layers just to make life easier as I went in case they needed resized again.
PIck a frame of choice, I liked the square one best but whatever you want it's your tag after all Ü
Apply a slight drop shadow, I used 5, 5, 100, black.
Add embelishments, and word art as you would like, and shadows.
Remember all copyrights and your mark!!
Resize and save.
